First of all I love baby wipes for so many things. Baby wipes are not antibacterial, but they're great for wiping down anything dusty with, or better yet wiping down a highchair pad. I discovered this when I ruined one of my daughters high chair pads in the washer.
After that I started using baby wipes to wipe it down after they would eat. Cleaning with baby wipes is amazingly easy. All you have to do is take a baby wipe or you can take two and use two-at-a-time and then wipe, or scrub the high chair pad. That's it.
This removes everything, even anything that appears to be a stain. It comes right out with a baby wipe and your high chair pad will look like new. Some of the many things that I've used baby wipes to wipe things down with include wiping down high chair pads, wiping down my flat iron, dusting, wiping my kitchen table, etc.
You would be amazed by the stains that a baby wipe can remove. They work great for spills on the floor too. Instead of getting out the mop, try this... First wipe up the spill area with paper towels, then swipe it with a couple of baby wipes and voila...clean!
This is much easier than getting out a bucket and mop for a simple spill!! (This is for spot cleaning of course) I should add that I only use Huggies baby wipes. I've said this in other posts too regarding baby wipes that I'm not sure how well other wipes would work for cleaning with.
